Craft Solutions is a software studio for small and medium businesses. Before we write any code, we take time to understand how your business really works: your operations, your customers, and where time and money are lost. Then we turn manual work into clear, reliable systems. We also build and run our own SaaS products, so we know what it takes to keep software working long after launch.
Our story
We started Craft Solutions in 2025 with one belief: good software starts with understanding the business, not the code.
Many businesses hire developers who build exactly what was asked, but not what the business really needs. The result is software that breaks in real use, or that the team doesn't want to use. We work differently. Before we write any code, we sit with the owner, learn how the work really happens, and write a clear plan together. Often this helps owners see their own business more clearly than before.
We've built complete systems for businesses in different industries. For Qalb Academy, a client in the UK, we built a full management system for an Islamic academy, with separate teams for different regions and languages. For Islamic Hijab, a wholesale business exporting to Europe and Africa, we built an online store with an AI pipeline that turns supplier posts into ready-to-sell products.
While building Qalb Academy, we saw that many teachers and academies have the same problems but can't afford a custom system. That idea became Afaak, our own platform that lets teaching businesses run live 1:1 lessons under their own brand.

We test with real cases from the business, including the hard ones, not only the easy path.
We move the system to production, migrate existing data, and train the team.
After launch we stay to fix, update and improve as the business grows.
